No — the change takes effect from your next billing cycle, so you keep full access to that unit's records through the period you already paid for.
Nothing more is added to your bill. Your first 25 units are billed per unit as normal — every unit after that is included at no extra cost, however large your portfolio grows.
Yes, any time from your Landlord Portal. Switching to annual takes effect immediately. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of the annual period you've already paid for — no partial refunds, but nothing is lost either.
Yes, from your own Billing Settings. You keep access through the end of your current paid period, and none of your data is ever deleted — resubscribing brings everything back exactly as you left it.
