2. What personal data we collect

What we collect depends on how you interact with us:

• Visitors to this website — name, email, phone, and business/message details if you submit the contact form. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone browsing without submitting a form.
• ERP Suite subscribers — the business account holder's name, email, phone, and billing details, plus whatever business data (financial records, HR/payroll records, customer records, inventory) your organisation chooses to store on the Platform.
• Landlords using the Real Estate platform — name, email, phone, address, property details, bank/Mobile Money settlement details, and identity documents where required for verification.
• Tenants using the Real Estate platform — name, email, phone, lease and payment history, and identity documents submitted as part of a rental application.
• Employees of subscribing businesses (via the HR module) — data entered by the employer, such as name, contact details, payroll and statutory (PAYE/SSNIT) information, and leave/attendance records. We process this data on behalf of the employer as a data processor, not as the primary controller.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and support the Platform and this website
• To process payments (rent, subscriptions, SMS credits) via our payment processor

When you close an account, business/financial records may be retained for the legally required period even after access is revoked.
